Estate Administration

We cover and will act for Executor/Administrator of an Estate matter and provide a seamless and empathic approach to minimise the impact when a close family member/relative has passed away. We also prepare Wills, Power of Attorney and Enduring Guardianship documents for clients and provide the following assistance:

  • Estate Planning which involves determining how an individual’s assets will be preserved, managed and distributed after death and any financial obligations in the event that the person becomes incapacitated

  • Preparation of Trusts such as Revocable Trusts, Irrevocable Trusts, and Testamentary Trusts – which basically means a relationship between the person creating the Trust, the person holding the assets (the Trustee) and the person to receive benefit from the property (the Beneficiary)

  • Preparation of Wills

  • Preparation of Power of Attorney – which the Attorney appointed can make decisions on behalf of the Appointer, with regard to their financial affairs if they lose capacity

  • Preparation of Enduring Guardianship – which the Guardian appointed can make decisions on behalf of the Appointer with regard to their medical affairs if they lose capacity
