Principal

Joe O'Neill

Joe was admitted as a Solicitor on 19th November 1984. He is a well known local having practiced in the Gold Coast and Tweed region for over 35 years. Throughout this time, Joe has been known to support many local community organisations, volunteering his time and expertise.

His experience is wide-ranging and extends to litigation and criminal matters in the Local, District and Supreme Courts. Joe holds a strong record of success in his representation of clients dealing with drink driving suspended/disqualified driving charges and drug related matters. Joe covers all aspects of Family Law, and is a skilful negotiator, and regularly attends and conducts his own appearances in this jurisdiction. Not only does Joe attend local matters, but often represents clients on matters requiring interstate travel.

Joe’s main focus is to accomplish client satisfaction through a successful outcome.

Dominique O'Neill

Dominique graduated from Southern Cross University with Honours (LLB) in 2014 and also holds a degree in Psychology.

With a focus on criminal law, property law and wills & estate matters, Dominique understands that when you have a problem that requires legal assistance, it is often one of the most stressful times in your life, and she thrives on helping her clients get through this difficult time with compassion and professionalism.

Dominique has appeared in the Local, District and Supreme Courts, as well as the Court of Appeal on a range of matters.

Kasey Hadden - criminal and family Law expert

Kasey Hadden

Holding a Bachelor of Laws with first class honours from Bond University, Kasey joined the O’Neill’s team with a wealth of experience in Family and Criminal Law. 

Before completing her Law degree, Kasey was a senior police prosecutor with Victoria Police, with a career spanning 11 years across both general duties and prosecution. She is an experienced criminal law advocate with a strong history of high-volume case management, complex negotiation, and resolution. Kasey is also an experienced leader of specialist prosecution teams, dealing with child victims and offenders, vulnerable victims and sensitive cases, working across both adult and children’s court jurisdictions.

Kasey strives to achieve the best possible outcome for her clients, and is a strong advocate who enjoys working collaboratively with her clients. Kasey focusses on a strong dispute resolution strategy, whilst recognising the economic and emotional realties of legal matters, with the aim of achieving results in a time efficient way.
